![]() ![]() This is very much a segmented game, with each platform boasting their own playerbase. At the time of writing this, Tripwire Interactive has not introduced console crossplay. However, for those wanting to play Killing Floor 2 with Xbox One or PS4 users, unfortunately, you’re out of luck. Later today, Steam users will get an update allowing them to play with users on either of the digital storefronts. Killing Floor 2 will support crossplay on PC between the Steam client and the Epic Games Store. ![]() Here’s everything you need to know about Killing Floor 2 and crossplay, along with what new players should expect. ![]() Previously available on Steam, Xbox One, and PC, many users are wondering if this monster-filled action game will support crossplay. Along with the Escapists 2 and Lifeless Planet, players can snatch this bloody game up by visiting the digital storefront later this afternoon. Available today, Tripwire Interactives hit co-op shooter will be free until July 16 for all users. Finally if this be the case then i wish TWI the best with their new plattform but im staying right here.Load your rifles, sharpen your sword, and gather your Dosh, because Killing Floor 2 is free on the Epic Games Store. Cause what happens is you end up with just a very few if only one game in some cases which i see as completely pointless. Their store S**** something fierce! Why would EGS be any diffrent? Just like many of you I have collected quite a library of games over the years here on Steam, the thought of creating another account on another gaming platform just to play a game you like is a no. There is no way i will ever create an account on EGS just to play an exclusive, im mildly annoyed over this EGS crap where the heck did they even come from? thinking they can compete with steam? I seen Origin. TWI is my favorite indie game company and im not afraid to admit to go so far to say im a fanboy of TWI but if this is the case then it's goodbye forever i guess. I don't know much about EGS as I have not yet digged into that area and done my research but I will say this, if the plan is to move on from Steam to EGS then it's pretty much "good game" for my part. Those are just some quick thoughts off the top of my head.Īnyone else got any ideas they want to see? I continue to play this game and enjoy it but I know it can be better, games need to be less streamlined and more organic, I still have faith in you Tripwire. No bosses like "Big Zed" I much prefer Hans and Patty that have with proper mechanics. PC version first THEN ported to console, AKA games like "F.E.A.R. in KF1 they would actually be audio files I believe and not some strange format. Improved version of Nvidia Flex for DX12 (Still runs bad on my RTX 2080TI and Intel-I9).Īlso we should not have to find file number codes to change specific types of in-game music, it's ridiculous. More gore and adjustable map bodycount in graphics options. Vote option to skip trader, many people don't know skip trader exists. No zed teleportation, I understand the reasons for it but in general no one really wants this, it's boring. Objects that don't fly across the room upon slightly touching them. (Lets hold up here!) (Someone lend me a shooter!) etc.īigger maps like Farm in KF1, camping don't work that well in KF2 because you are constantly moving because classes and zeds move faster than in KF1 I think you should have the option to camp or keep moving, some maps like containment station only allow for 1 type of gameplay. Removal of chat wheel or at least keep that for console players only, I want the whole bloody voice menu back. KF1 Banter (It comes across and everyone hears it) (NOB OFF YOU TOSSPOT). "Dragon" perk that was scrapped from KF2.ĭarker more gritty less arcade-like atmosphere, KF1 did this better. Cross-Platform play (come on it's 2019 seriously)
